Good service

I had an issue where by the new policy that was issued to me was not properly explained that the OTHER on the policy did specify the extra's I had put on my car on the miway system even though it was not on my policy I received. I was told by another agent that I have to again mention these items but Bonolo confirmed that these items were already on the system.
