Because people are quick to post about bad service and not good, I thought i'd go the extra mile for Outsurance the way they did for me.
I had a break in at home, and was dreading the insurance call because it was not your typical break-in and I was completely sure that Outsurance was just going to instantly decline my claim due to the nature of the break in, and that I did not have alot of the required information on the items that were - as well as the fact that this is a relatively new policy.
Everything was against me, but they pulled through for me and helped me gather any additional information on the goods, and within 2 days I received the first of the replacement items.
Well done guys. You are proving that Insurance company's aren't always dodgey and corrupt! My faith in humanity has been restored. For now :)
There is a slight issue with the sourcing of one of my items from the supplier but I have faith that it will be resolved very quickly. I will be moving my car insurance over to Outsurance pretty soon too.
