I had a previous complaint where Absa Home Owners Insurance always had some sort of an excuse not to pay any claims I decided to move over to PSG who handles all my insurance needs and the Absa policy was cancelled a session letter was completed and I was send a confirmation letter by Kagiso Ntha that is done, however when I checked my internet banking this morning Absa took another payment. So they always want money don't provide the service that they take the money for but still want money and don't do what the customer wants. This is the worst service ever and I have been a member of this bank for the last 22 years. POOR SERVICE
