I have posted a report on the 17th September with hellopeter, indicating that FNB is unable or unwilling to pay me back my money that I have deposited in my home loan account (loan is paid off and account is in credit).
I received an e-mail from FNB on the 18th indicating that the problem is being escalated.
Subsequently FNB called me again and assured me that the money will paid out immediatly and I confirmed my account number with them. A day later the called again to arrange another call for the 20th at 09:00 - so I can be online to do the transfer.
To date: No call on the 20th from FNB, no money paid out, issue still unresolved!
One again FNB: GREAT ADVERTISING - NO SERVICE - BROKEN PROMISES!
