In mid august i cancelled my IFA business fee and i received an sms on the 19th after faxing all the required documents.the sms read "cancellation fax received.your request will be processed.should you have any queries please contact clientelle life...".now to my unpleasant surprise, the said fee is still being debited from my account!! this is just plain ridiculous.
