FNB complaints dept does not exist

Soemone defrauded FNB and took an ipad using my details. FNB did not do due diligence by investigating that they have the correct person. they only did this when the frauster did not pay them for a year. last April, fnb credit card called me and I advised them i did not apply for a card, they told me they would flag my ID. how then did they deliver this ipad if my ID was flagged? why am i being harrased by Blakes or whoever they are? I AM NOT PAYING FOR AN IPAD I DID NOT APPLY FOR!!! i called the farud dept and they sent me in circles even speaking to manager Lizo, who could not assist, very incompetent. i sent a complaint to complaints@fnb as advised by a staff member, this was done on Wed 18 sept, to date i have had no acknowledgement - what happened to the ASISA complaints code of conduct - acknowledge within 3 days - does FNB complaints dept exist??? i DARE you to call me!!! this is incompetence and nonsese at its best - why did you not check my details against ITC BEFORE the delivery??? - do you employ - yes how may we help you - from me and then send peopel to harrass me.!!! note that you will compensate me for pain and suffering, time and phone calls
