On Tuesday 08 Oct 2013, I came home to a blank screen on my dstv channel
We tried calling all the call centres numbers, but all had a busy signal
I proceeded to leave it, with a understanding that there was a national problem
On the 09 Oct, seeing that no change had happened, I called the call centre Ref no 142446189, The Call centre Consultant was unable to assist due to a technical problem, that she could not reset my pin code,
I was not happy about the answer I was getting, because I had to go another 48 hrs before my problem would get fixed. So they transferred me to the complaints dept. I waited for an additional time, before someone stated that the complaints was too busy and they would call me back, I gave my contact details, and then also rated my call, and also left my details on the voice recoding, but to day, no person form DSTV has called me back
I wish to have my DSTV sorted so I can view my normal viewing, secondly, how is dstv managing their customer complaints
