Good day,

I phoned Nedbank's dept on Sunday, 20 Oct re on my credit card of approx R25 000. They blocked my account and advised that they will send me forms to complete WITHIN 3-4 days... what the??? Why so long form forms to be forwarded??? In the meantime the monthly dt order is going to go off WHICH I DI NOT HAVE MONEY FOR!!!
I sent a query to their complaints dept 21 Oct, which are just as incompetent!!! who advised that they will forward my message to their Dept... why??? they already said forms 3-4 days. THIS IS NOT GOING TO HELP!!!
This is so frustrating!!! If I have to say what my feeling is toward Nedbank, I don't think they will be able to use their ears for the rest of their lives!!!
