Administrative bungling

Despite changing the address of my correspondence over a year ago, Standard Bank still haven't changed the address on the monthly bank statement despite my calling them over a months ago and being assured that the person was changing it on the system as we were having the conversation. I was then given all manner of incorrect information, sent bank statements more than a week after I needed them. Please can someone just sort out this very simple error.
