I am rather at my wits end. I have sent countless secure messages (latest one 01 Dec 2012) and been into a branch twice just to change a postal address. Yet Standard Bank Business are incapable of doing so. I am rather tired of this now and my statements are getting wet and destroyed due to this. What more am I supposed to do? Rather close my account and move to another bank? Yes, this is in the process. I give up with you Standard Bank.
