WORST SERVICE Received after being a loyal client

I bought a vehicle and financed through MFC (as I have done on numerous previous occasions). Shortly after the purchase I settled the account and requested the registration papers and was told 4 to 7 working days for delivery. I waited patiently and called again when two weeks had passed - NO ONE calls me back, even after numerous requests for someone to tell me when I will receive the papers - all I got was one consultant after another telling me the request was processed and someone will call me to confirm! It has now been a month and I am yet to receive a call to tell me when I will get my papers! I have been a loyal customer of MFC for quite a while and I am very disgusted at the service I am receiving at the moment!
