Sorting out my insurance claim in one day

I phoned Outsurance at about 10am this morning at was put through to Ratish.By 5pm this afternoon Ratish had sorted out my claim and told me the store which is only about 5kms from me where I could go and pick up my new goods! Now that is what I call Outstanding service... Well Done Ratish and Outsurance.
