We had an unexpected break in on Wednesday night. I walked out my door the morning of Thursday and foud half of my belongings outside my store room. This was strange and found that the door to my store room was broken and that BAD feeling struck me. "THEY WERE HERE AND TOOK MY STUFF" I called Outsurance and Ratish answered the call. He took my details and noticed I was calling from my cell and offered to call me back. He did so and assisted me to finalize the claim. Even though it took SAPS a time to give me the case no he still went and got my claim approved. Thank you Ratish for making my day a better day even though Bad Luck had struck Me.
