I have requested an escalation!!!

I have made numerous requests for documentation which has been denied me! i have asked for an escalation on more than one occasion, but nothing ever comes of it, as no person emails me to sort out this problem!!

Could I please, please please please request that someone more senior than a basic employee contacts me via email asap!!!
