I have lodge complaints at the complaint center as well. My problem is that i applied for a home loan and submitted all the required documents.
Then the fun started. First there was a problem getting the documents to you because of the ridiculous email addresses that i received, [Email Removed] and then csadminhljhb@ etc etc.
Then it takes 4 hours to 24 hours to confirm if they received the documents. After two weeks of talking to the customer care line and doing about 20 security checks they still come back with document requirements, Why did they not tell me this two weeks ago? Now apparently i have to resend financial statements, the ones i submitted are signed and it states all my assets etc but the person reading my documents now can't see it for some or other reason. They can call me and i will teach them how to read the financial statement or better yet call my accountant. Every time i think we are getting somewhere, they come back with more and more requests, i had to send my letter of the accountant 3 times, this little process took 4 days!!! how do you get any work done? I think this is a delay tactic on Standard Bank's side.
