One of the consultants of Outsurance phoned me and explained there different insurane plans to me and without me even confirming the policy, i received smsses saying that i am a member now and want to deduct their premiums. I want this policy cancelled asap as i never took it out. Policy number received via sms is ON711185. It need to be cancelled today.
