Just Can't Get It Right

Leaving the country, I cancelled my Discovery credit card after paying it off in November 2012. Now almost a year later in September 2013, I am still out of the country, I go through my accounts and see they are charging me again for something on the card that I cancelled, taking R52 from my bank account. So I email them a copy (thankfully I made one) of my original cancellation letter, the new statement they have sent me and ask them to rectify it. 3 days later I get an email saying Discovery are sorry and will process my request accordingly, which I thought was pretty good. Now, I still don't have my R52 back and they won't close my card because apparently I owe them R49.95. This is absolute BS! I went through their channels to fix this and they failed, so here we are. Maybe now someone with a brain cell will attend to this.
