Outsurance
Cancelling of my Policy

I cancelled my policy with outsurance last week before anything was put through my account but It seams that when you say your cancelling then the payment and debit orders are pushed through much quicker

I am upset because I cancelled it and the incompetent person I spoke to could explain that it takes a month to be sent back to my account (once again outsurance are to quick to take ones money but wont give it back as quick)

I need this sorted immediately
