I wrote a report and was promised feedback

Im getting paid on the 25th and still havent received feedback, both installments will be deducted from my accountn i spoke to the branch manager a weekback who promised to call me and i am still waiting for their call. I will take this further if i do not get feedback and both installments go out of my account. I would appreciate proper communication
