On 31st December I logged a complaint about bad attitude and that my card should someone else's details.
I was promised feedback and received a call within 10 minutes of logging the complaint. but my issues are still not resolved and after the very first call, which I was promised feedback on, I still haven't received any feedback. I was asked to come in and see the manager to rectify the issue but why did it occur in the first place? I still don't have an explanation. People be careful. If I have an account at Capitec and someone else's details comes up, something is not right, and I don't think they have the answers either. Capitec... Truly Pathetic
