I called capitech call center the 086 number and the 1st option on that call is to cancel you globle 1card which i wana do i wana close my account down coz of the service i am getting but wen i pressed 1 simone tells me that i have to go into the bank to to do that i mean why even have that option if you cannot do it over the phone...
you guys seem to amaze me every time with the type of service im gettin im sure you will never reach the level of your competitors such as fnb or absa
