I recently got a HL from Nedbank and I have to admit the process went rather smoothly. The service was also very good. Up until i informed them that i will be using my own home insurance since I was already use an insurer. I was required to take my proof of Insurance to their attorneys who will be handling the bond on their account, which I did. Not too long i received notification that they are still waiting for it. I send it again the the bank this time as well as the attorneys. I received another notification. I send it again to both. I received another notification. This time I called Nedbank. Spoke to Natasha, who assured me that this would be sorted, got confirmation. Not too long I received my policy documents for my cover. I called again. To my luck i got through to Natasha again, who really did help me. Again I got confirmation that it will be sorted. Well i can confirm insurance premiums are being deducted from my account. Currently i am dual insured, which can have huge consequences. Just got off the phone with Shamila, who told me they will help me on Monday. I am tired, I am fed up and I need this matter to be resolved!!!
