I sent through my documents to Bridge loans on September 3rd 2013 and my loan was approved the same day. It is now September 21 2013 and still no payout has been made. I have been promised that the amount would be paid out within 10 working days, well it is now 13! The person dealing with my matter is Charmaine Foster and Bridget Mathole and they have been very unhelpful and ignoring me totally on occasion. Really disgusted in this company!
