This is now the 3rd month that the debit order is deducted off my account BEFORE my pay date - which means it bounces off my account and gives me a bad credit record. I have gone to the branch, I have phoned the manager, I have complained, but NOTHING gets done. The manager confirmed on Friday 20 Sep that the D.O will go off only on the 25th. ONCE AGAIN, it DIDN'T. The D.O went through TODAY - and BOUNCED AGAIN!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
