Change of contract without authorisation

Their hallmark " relieve the burden of upfront payments". One pet insurance group is division of one group which is underwritten by ABSA risk management. I have taken out a policy with them which has no guarantee period as my premium went up in the 2-4month. I took it out because:
1-12 months exclusions for heart murmur and water on the lungs
2-debit order facility for upfront veterinary payments.

I cant load funds on my debit card and it has been on going like this for a while and they claim to have sorted it out however whenever I need to load the funds I cant. The call centre keeps on telling me pay upfront and claim afterwards?? they change my 12 months exclusions to total exclusion without informing me or asking my authorisation.

I also had to explain what Invertebral Disc disease is when in my first claim event which I am yet to still take to the ombudsman as the claim has been rejected for reasons could or could not be understandable.
