Capfin is so unreliable. I had a loan with them and the agreement was that i have to pay for 6 months of which i paid. When i called to ask for settlement letter on the seventh month i was told there was still outstanding funds that i still needed to pay. I never skipped a single payment and i payed them for 6 months, when i called them no one could tell me why am i still owing them. Every-time i called them they escalating the issue to their finance everyday. I cant finalise my vehicle finance all thanks to Capfin. Does the escalation of issue take longer than Nile River?
