Claim authorisation lette

I have submitted a claim with 24HRMobility via fax on Wednesday afternoon, and later followed up the same claim on Thursday morning with a submission via email.
I didnt receive any feedback until I personally called the call centre to find the status of my claim, from which I kindly requested that the claim be speeded up as I have not had my mobile number for 48hours.
The claim was processed and approved before 9am this morning (Friday, 28/06/2013).
When I got to Clearwater MTN shop the authorisation had still not been sent to the store despite there being stock. A call was made to 24HRMobility and the store email provided for the authorisation to be sent until 11am the authorisation had still not been sent. No feedback whatsoever, despite having been a good paying customer for more than 48 months with no claim record until recently.
I am also made to pay an excess of over R1000 due to the value of my phone having increased in the past 3 months after getting it. From my knowledge my cover is to the market value of the handset.
Disappointed customer.
