I took out a peronal loan via Webank/Direct Axis in 2005. This account has fallen into arrears. Without my knowledge or signature, this debt was sold by the bank to a third party, Lynne and Maine attorneys who are the legal wing of the Shackleton Group who trade with debt. My original agreement is with Wesbank NOT Lynne and Maine- how is this legal?
