Both my wife and I were retrenched from our jobs and have had no choice but to go under debt review to keep our home and car which we worked very hard for.
Now, even though i have never missed one payment of the court agreed amount for my home loan, ABSA has given me 3 summons's already for not paying. When this happens, i have to call them, go through a long process of speaking to consultants, sending them proof AGAIN of the court order for debt review and then wait for them to apologize and then cancel all legal proceedings.
This is really getting old and needs to end!
