Nedbank worst for customer service

I've had my fair share of Nedbank's nonsense in the last year, but now enough is enough. On 12 October, I requested from my banking officer Jenelle to convert my Savvy bundle to a R169 platinum bundle. She did the application in front of me and said it would be active in 30 days, i.e. 12 November. The date passed & I noticed that the bundle had not been effected. I enquired with Jenelle who said that it would be sorted and I would be refunded. Today is 28 Dec and I still have not been refunded and bundle still not in place, and when I spoke to Jenelle she quoted: "The current account specialist guaranteed that charges will be effective as of next month". Jenelle has tried her best to assist me but she is being hampered by a totally and completely useless bureaucratic system. Nedbank, this is completely and utterly unacceptable. You run a poor operation, you have non-existant customer service and then you wonder why Nedbank is losing market share. Shame on you. Time to move to another bank who cares about me and my business.
