Futile prolonging. No service delivery

On the 26th of August 2013 i was driving from work on a slow moving traffic on M2 East on my way home & suddenly there was a bang on my vehicle, the driver behind me bumped my car. i then contacted my insurance company, Affinity Underwriting Managers (Pty) Ltd underwriter Ample Insurance Brokers, reported the case to Lerato Mokoto. she immediately emailed the claim form which i needed to complete & my vehicle was towed to their safe house. I am highly frustrated & concerned as to this day they have not finalized my claim from the 27/08/2013 when my claim was received by them. Every single day i am told that my case is awaiting management to sign it off. From last week i've been awaiting for authorization signature from manager Maria Smith. I've to struggle with public transportation to & fro work daily. Who will bear the cost of the safe house which is storing my vehicle, i'm told they'll only cover part & i'll have to pay for access plus any every other needed cost. Yet full insurance premiums are deducted monthly. They've failed to deliver the pleasing prompt services they had promised. Please rather pay ridiculous amounts from people that will deliver. Avoid my headache.
