As per the pictures below, my car was parked on the left-hand side of the road in Bree Street.
When I returned to my car I discovered the rotten tree has fallen onto my car leaving it badly damaged.
As per City Parks response -
Please note that our depot has investigated the scene of your accident and they find that, the tree are privately planted by the owner of the building not City Parks.
