I am not just upset I am OFF with ABSA. If you go to my previous complaint you will see that I had changed my debit order date to 1st of the month and there were issues there. I got an SMS that said I must refund my account so I phoned to make sure that it was indeed coming off on the 1st and low and behold my surprise when I was told it is coming off on the 27th AGAIN! This is now the second month in a row that it was suppose to be on the 1st, so let me guess ABSA is going to tell me again I am to pay interest on the account due to ABSA incompetence. Someone needs to fix this problem.
