I am very angry with a call centre Agent by the name of Nompilo Dlamini call centre agent from Nedbank who kept me on the phone for 17 minutes and laughing with her friends when I am seeking assistants from her leaving me looking like an. All i wanted was a reversal of an illegal debit that took place from my account but then she decided to be arrogant and gave me a very bad attitude, honestly I never felt so humiliated by a bank like this before Why do i have to be humiliated for worrying about my hard earned money? Nedbank branches as a result i use internet banking for quick transactions avoiding 2 hour queues yet when you call their consultants they treat you like. I WANA JUST GO TO A BANK THAT WILL GIVE ME RESPECT!!!
