Capitec Bank
Breach of a contract

I am totally disgraced by what i term "unfair" and "unethical" practice by the service provider mentioned above, needless to mention an incovenience. I entered into a loan agreement with the Debtor in 2010, part of the agreement was that, i will service my loan by payin them an amount agreed upon on the 25 of each month. To my mysterious realisation and discontend, i realised that an early debit instruction was sent into my account, on the 20 Sept 2013. On phoning them to investigate, i was informed to instruct my bank to reverse the amount. My question though, who must incur the reversal fee? What if there wasn't sufficient funds in my account? What about the bank charges in that case? Who must service the fees in question? I believe that the debtor in question, intentionally and unilaterally changed the material terms of the contract, so that i can be put through this kind of an emotional process, which is something i don't believe it was part of my agreement with them. I am totally disgraced about this and i need a valid explination from them, why when the terms are changed, am not even given a courtesy of being informed? I am very disappointed
