First National Bank

This morning i recieved an sms notification for a returned debit to repay my personal loan that i have with FNB. I called the call centre to ask why they would debit my account on the 20th when i clearly stated that i get paid on the 25th, " THIS DEBIT DATE WAS CONFIRMED WITH 6 OTHER AGENTS THAT I SPOKE TO PRIOR ." Laticia, the agent i spoke to, responded by saying: becouse your account is behind, we will run a debit at anytime. Now for me that is very alarming since there are charges on returned debits and this effective me negetively on ITC as well, she said (Laticia)"first go get your bank statements to see if there's any bank charges, before calling us." I am very upset and disgusted at this type of treatment, given that i have been banking with FNB for four years. sis man!
