Uncounts Reward Card

In June 2013 I applied for the above card and still have not received one, I was then asked to supply my postal address and I.D. number which I submitted via email to the call centre I was then told that this will take about a month or two when I receive my card up until this day I still have not received my card. My postal address is as follows: Bonietta Opperman, 203 Palm Grove, 300 Main Road, Kenilworth, 7700, Cape Town and my I.D. No: 6509090070081.
