My contact details was confirmed on email and then a consultant contacted me to confirm my postal address and then the postal address was incorrect it was Po Box 421 and not Po Box 142 Krugersdorp 1740. Untill now i am still waiting and need to visit the Dr and cannot visit my Dr on my own capasity needs to presend my Liberty member card. I phoned the call centre on monday to follow up and was still not posted. The gave me reference 35674606. how long must you wait for a medical card?
