Poor service, taking my money

I waited for a year to receive my documents and stickers, every month there was money deducted from a car insurance threw wesbank and I never knew who my insurance was with, after calling wesbank they could not tell me. After a year I found out by myself that my insurance is with auto and general. And only now I received my documents and stickers. My car was in an accident, I was slipping on a wet gravel road and as I don't know who my insurance is with, I had to pay out of my pocket to get my car fixed, because the police could not find an insurance sticker on my car and still my car give problems.For a whole year I paid for no service and would like my money back or my car back in tip top shape, I am going to the newspapers and ask my lawyer what I can do, I am not leaving this here.
