Poor service, taking my money

I waited for a year to receive my documents and stickers, every month there was money deducted from a car insurance threw wesbank and I never knew who my insurance was with, after calling wesbank they could not tell me. After a year I found out by myself that my insurance is with auto and general. And only now I received my documents and stickers. My car was in an accident, I was slipping on a wet gravel road and as I don't know who my insurance is with, I had to pay out of my pocket to get my car fixed, because the police could not find an insurance sticker on my car and still my car give problems. For a whole year I paid for no service and would like my money back or my car back in tip top shape, I am going to the newspapers and ask my lawyer what I can do, I am not leaving this here.
