I changed insurance companies this year for my car as I needed something more affordable. From middle of last year till present I haven't received my booklets and 'do not tow' stickers from auto and general yet my premium is always deducted monthly without fail. I have called numerous times and promised that they will be posted on the end of the month but nothing to date. What happens if I am involved in an accident, I won't expect my previous insurance to assist. Please do something.
