On 2 Jan 2013 I signed up with Budget as I just bought a new car, on this day I spoke with Lindsay Cammay who said she will post me some info including the 'do not tow' stickers' for my car. Over 1 month passed and I did not receive anything, I then phoned on 9 Feb 2013 and spoke to Anusha, she said she will post the stickers and it will take 1 week, then 2 weeks later, NOTHING! I then emailed budget on 24Feb querying this, Maureen Makhubidu replied to my email on 26 Feb saying she will send the stickers, now 2 weeks later, NOTHING AGAIN!
I am fed up of this, I keep wasting my time, clearly their call centre and the staff who respond to emails are incapable of assisting me, hopefully this gets the attention of someone senior who cares and who will follow up with me instead of me constantly running after budget. my premiums are always paid on time, what if I'm in an accident and someone who isn't Budget approved tows my car? will I be penalized because they never sent me these stickers???
