I must say I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I sent my phone for repairs on the 19th of February 2013. I kept calling both the shop (Fashion Express) and Finrite Insurance Administrators to find out when am I getting my phone back from repairs and I was tossed and turned. After 5 weeks with no success regarding my claim, I received a call to say my phone is back from repairs. When I sent someone to go and fetch it for me (upon asking them if I can do such and they said yes I can), as I work most of the days. He was told that I first need to fill in some documents as the phone has liquid damage. My question is, why was I not told this over the phone? I have been paying my insurance premiums for 2 months basically for nothing. I do not need to remind anyone how frustrating it is to be without a phone for at least a few days, let alone 2 months.
This kind of service is totally unacceptable and no customer should be treated like I have been treated.
