Total incompatence from FNB

This is a continuation of a complaint already logged, "FICA".
It's now almost a week and the account is still not FICA'd. My wife is now required to obtain a ID from a 83yr old woman that lives in a foreign country. Why should a person that lives overseas be required to supply ID to FICA an acc here? It boggle the mind that we as clients have to be put through this . And this after various people from FNB contacted my wife and told her the acc. is now sorted. Well it ain't....
This borders on the absurd and I consider it almost criminal to be treated this way.
