Bad/no service for business account

I opened a business account on the 3rd of may in order to obtain an eft machine for my restaurant. Nkata Moloi opened the account without all documentation within 1 day. After 2 weeks I enquired why my eft machine was not installed I recieved voice msg from fnb staff if I don't call them back its the final attempt from them to contact me for an eft machine. When I contacted them I was told to transfer funds in my account In order to get an eft machine. This was done immediately, I requested feedback from mng and Nkata Moloi again And I was told on the 22 may to send outstanding documents? My question is how can my account be opened, activated I pAy bank charges but my eft machine is still not installed??? I recieved correspondance from Nkata on 24 May that he is awaiting feedback from speedpoints. "Good day, Rumisha please see below communication, we still waiting for the response from speed points". All my "apparent" documents were sent. I enquired again on the 31 may 2013 to manager Jacobs, Pieter and still no feedback from Fnb? I am loosing business daily because I don't have an eft machine but fnb continue to charge me for a business account without supporting service!!
