On the 18/09/2013 I did an eft on internet banking, and by accident sent the founds to the wrong account. So on the same afternoon I got off work early and went to the bank to see how I could have it reversed. I went to the Southdale branch and had a lady named Shyida assisting me, who informed me there was a charge of R225 for this reversal, I could not believe what I was hearing such a big amount for a reversal regardless of the amount. The next day 19/09/2013 I phone the online reversal department myself to find out why it was so much I spoke to a woman named Abigail. All she could tell me was management set the prices and that amount was standard regardless of the amount again I was horrified, and the only way I can avoid the charge is to get the people who's account I transferred the money to, to transfer the money back to me. So what FNB are saying "if its less than a certain amount don't bother" we are only human and all make mistakes and FNB looks like it exploits their clients mistakes for profit. Maybe Beeep bank is the better option. I want be part of a bank that takes care of it's clients... Anyone else comment if you agree
