Bad Service at Capitect Bank -stopping of transfe

I transferred an amount of R5000 to an incorrect account at 12 midday. 8 hours later I called customer care to have this deposit stopped and I was advised that it cannot be done immediately and I would have to wait until the next or visit a branch and have this sorted out. I was told it takes 24 to 48 hours to transfer if these guys valued their clients so much they would have put a stop immediately. I was informed that a reversal would cost me R90 which I had no problem paying as long as I got my money back however I was informed by the customer care dept. that I have to now pay R180 as I went into the bank and asked them to stop the transfer as well. 24 hours later I am advised that the money has been transferred and I will now have to possibly wait for 30days only to find out that my reversal was unsuccessful. I am very disappointed in the service which I get from this bank and I am seriously considering switching banks as I stand to lose R5000 which I haven't even paid to the correct person yet.
