Apartheid and bad service

So disappointed in the Hartbeespoort branch of Absa, I went needing to have my money to be transferred from my target save to my savings account. cause of personal reasons. I went there with an affidavit because they told me to go get one. when I went there (Santoinette Horn and Louisa Rousow) treated me like a fool, they were speaking in Africans in my presents and threatened to close my account because I had a small amount of money that was to be left in my account. and was so embarrassed when they were talking about it loudly and everyone heard our conversation. I felt so stupid in the bank. they did not even felt any remorse or apologise about it.
it was so unfair. they treated and made me feel like an outcast of which I had been with the bank for 2/3years now..
