Since the new online app, the functionally has been removed, I have spoken to several FNB Premier Agents who are unable to tell me when the functionality will be available. Please give me an definite answer when the functionality will be operational. It almost been 4 months and this is unacceptable..... Nobody has followed up with me/ since my call 3 months ago.
