THEY HAVE CAUSED ME ALOT OF INCONVENIENCE

On Wednesday, September 18th I go to Spar to use my Platinum Cheque Card which I have never used before. But the same day I get an email from Annelise van Zyl questioning on my account and then when I respond I get an email back confirming that my account number 62430227620 is now open. When I got to spar my account was not working I tried many times to get through to you Premier Banking and used R60 airtime just to get cut off and they closed.

I needed a R200 urgently and nobody phoned me to tell me to go to the branch to verify my documents. I am deeply disappointed in this matter.
