I have been with Miway since May 2010. They recently agreed to remove my access fee as I noticed that for three years they had no details of my vehicle, not even my registration number. They also didn't have the inspection certificate which was supposed to be sent to them by the inspection center 3 years ago. About a week ago I received an email stating that I have to pay an access fee of R 3 300. This is much higher than any other insurance companies that I have ever gotten a quote from. I have never claimed on my vehicle since I got my insurance with miway and I even referred a family member to Miway. I am sad to say that to me, this is not looking after your customers with care at all. I am very disappointed.
